Outreach Ministry is once again extending an invitation to all the families of our St. James Congregation, Pre-school, Sunday School, and Youth Groups, to join us in the “shoebox ministry” of Samaritan’s Purse. By filling a shoe box with items for a child in need, we can help spread the love and good news of Jesus Christ. Shoeboxes will be in the Narthex, beginning Saturday October 12, and MUST be returned by Sunday November 17. Following the November 17th service, all boxes will be checked and assembled for delivery to the appropriate Church so they can be loaded on to trucks for international delivery. Please include a check for $10, absolutely no cash, along with your shoebox, and place it inside the shoebox. This money goes towards the cost of shipping the shoeboxes and should be made out to Samaritan’s Purse. Thank you so much for your consideration and generosity!
